Unable to connect Codex mobile app with Codex desktop

No mobile connection in sidebar, no popup to guide how to connect although I upgraded to the latest version both mobile and desktop.
while my phone shows it’s already conencted, codex desktop couldnt show mobile device and requires scan through QR code again.
