Questions before you upgrade
What's free versus Pro?
Free gives you Shopify and Atlassian pains in full — score, evidence and the original quotes — plus the Chrome extension catalog, collections, three saved searches and email alerts. Pro unlocks the other 74 marketplaces, competitor research, search and paid demand, exports, and the Generate and Validate tools.
Can I see anything without an account?
Yes. A few top pain cards are open on the homepage — full text, score and the quotes behind them — so you can judge the data before signing up. A free account opens both free marketplaces in full.
What are the daily limits on Pro?
Five idea generations and five validations per day, plus fifteen AI build briefs and fifteen on-demand signal collections. Counters reset daily; browsing, filters and exports are not metered.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit & debit cards via Stripe. Receipts are emailed automatically.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Use the customer portal (Manage subscription) — Stripe handles proration automatically.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your collections, notes and saved searches stay on your account. You revert to the free Shopify & Atlassian view but never lose your saved work.
Do you offer team / enterprise plans?
Not yet. If you need seats for a team, reach out via the Feedback page.
