Pain Radar is a live index of friction in the SaaS economy. It reads real complaints from public discussions, groups the ones that describe the same problem, scores them by how much they actually matter, and turns each into a pain card you can trust — every number backed by quotes you can click through to the source.
Real users, in public
Every card is built from public sources — Reddit threads, product forums (Discourse, Khoros), marketplace reviews and changelog complaints. No surveys, no guesses: just what people already said, out loud, when something got in their way.
Four signals, one score
Similar complaints are clustered into one card, then scored on a 0–1 scale — a weighted product of four components. If any one collapses to zero, the whole score does: a pain with no reach, no freshness, no engagement or no monetization signal is not a market.
How many distinct people voiced this pain across all evidence — one loud user is not a market.
