They have rejected my appeals 4 times since Monday (22/6), and I'm honestly not sure if I should keep submitting tickets or just stop.
I sent an appeal and after 4 hours it got manually reviewed and rejected, without any explanation, other than the usual long list of potential offenses.
after manual review , the appeal was rejected . They didn't even state the actual reason beyond a generic response listing things like VPN usage, duplicate accounts, or bots.
One day later the appeal was rejected stating that they could not provide the reason why but gave me a list with the main reasons for accounts being closed of which again I didn't do any of it.
the account just got placed on hold. Just like that, absolutely no reason, it seems.
