Difficulty accessing customer support and ticket submission

Online says the chat isn’t available and I get an error when requesting to be emailed?
There is nowhere to open a basic support ticket.
Makes it awfully hard to submit tickets if there isn’t a function to do so though.
If I could upgrade my account to get support, I would do that, but of course I can't do that because I can't access my account.
