Lack of dynamic pre-filling for hyperlinks in email templates
We are unable to pre-fill hyperlinks in email templates using contact or deal fields. This forces us to use manual workarounds with placeholders, which is inefficient and creates formatting issues, making templates unsuitable for automation.

the fact that you cannot pre-fill a link (hyperlink that is, not raw link) in an email template with contact / deal fields is crazy
I dont think its possible to create a hyperlink in the template that is then populated dynamically
it would be really cool if you could pre-hyperlink in templates though
