Rigid software functionality and restrictive contract terms
The software is perceived as clunky, difficult to use, and too rigid to adapt to specific business needs. Merchants feel trapped by stringent contracts that force them to pay for a product they find unusable.

the functionality is so rigid that I couldn't even use it for my business (BJJ school).
Crazy how a software forces you into a contract, if they knew they provided a modern, smooth software they wouldnt be so stringent!
The worst part is that I couldn't get out of my contract.
