Lack of category-specific filtering for sidebar blocks
The subcategory-list and category-topics sidebar blocks lack the ability to be displayed for specific categories via parameter IDs. Additionally, adding multiple blocks with different IDs results in them all displaying content from the uppermost block.

is there an option to display it only for a particular category? Our developers have had a look, and it seems there is no parameter id support for subcategory-list
adding multiple blocks of either of these types with different id always resulted in them surfacing topics/subcategories of the uppermost block
