Card #194 · Linear Integrations

Lack of granular planning and cross-project visibility

We struggle with a thin planning layer that lacks granular, day-wise views and effective cross-team coordination. It is difficult to visualize actual workloads across multiple projects or manage dependencies without resorting to external spreadsheets and docs.

Where I’ve seen teams struggle is exactly the stuff you mentioned: cross-team coordination, approvals, longer timelines, dependency management, operational tracking, stakeholder visibility.

It's great for execution but the planning layer is thin.

Especially with small teams engineering multiple projects as once, this becomes harder and harder to visualize actual workload for the next couple of weeks for example in linear.

We have multiple tasks across different projects. We want to know how next week looks like, with granularity.
