Forced Enterprise upgrade to prevent AI training on client data in JSM
We are being forced to upgrade to the Enterprise plan just to prevent our client data from being used for AI training. This requirement puts us in violation of our client MSAs and internal policies, making JSM a deal breaker despite the high effort required to switch platforms.

this latest JSM policy requiring us to step up to enterprise just to protect client data as outlined within our MSA, is quickly making JSM/Atlassian a deal breaker for us.
