Lack of automated and consistent thread renaming in Codex
Users are frustrated by the inability of Codex to automatically or programmatically rename chat threads, especially when tracking PRs or tickets. Manual renaming adds friction, and the lack of this feature in the IDE extension compared to the app creates inconsistency in task tracking.
