klaviyo's "active on site" tracking is not performing well. some people did check out, without active on site tracking.
it's not catching website visits or page views at all.
flows show zero activity from actual shoppers browsing products. Without this data, my emails don't work properly, things like abandoned cart and repeat buyer triggers wont run right.
