Inconsistent distribution of free rate limit resets for Plus users
Paying Plus subscribers are reporting that they did not receive the promised free rate limit resets for Codex. This creates a perception of false marketing and poor UX, as some paying users are excluded from benefits given to others.

I was, despite being a Plus subscriber, never given the Free Reset around June 11-12, that everyone else got.
it is false marketing/advertising because they said: “We’re starting Go, Plus, Pro, and Business users with one free reset:” – yet not every Plus user got a reset
