Cloud agent environment fails to rebuild from Dockerfile changes
Merchants are unable to force a full rebuild of their cloud agent environments after updating Dockerfiles or install scripts. The system continues to restore from old snapshots or ignores the Docker configuration entirely, leading to version mismatches and setup errors.

the environment is always restored from that snapshot, despite the fact that I’ve already pushed some changes to the Dockerfile and to the install script
I do not see any way to delete an environment. Tried unlinking github and re-linking it but it remembered the environment.
the agent is able to set up the env, but it does not do anything with Docker at all. I want to use node24 image, but agent detects it is 22 and then goes circles installing v24 via nvm instead of using the Docker image.
