Apps fail to update automatically after GitHub pushes or changes
Apps connected to GitHub repositories do not reflect updates automatically after code pushes or organization renames. Users are forced to manually reboot apps or find that even reboots and re-authorizing OAuth do not resolve the caching issues.

After I commit changes to my GitHub repository, the app does not reflect the updates automatically.
I made a new push to the repo, but it is not reflected in the app. Even a reboot of the app didn’t fix it.
Streamlit Community Cloud still shows the old organization name `edufortune` when I try to deploy a new app.
