Difficulty identifying and tracking trends in Salesforce Cases
Merchants struggle to automatically identify trending issues within Salesforce Cases without manual monitoring. There is a specific need to detect spikes in cases for specific applications without creating cumbersome individual reports for every category.

I'm struggling to find ways to easily identify trending issues (i.e. 5+ cases for the same application within a short period of time) without just having someone looking at the incoming case list view and manually tracking this.
Obviously a unique report for each Application would work, but that seems cumbersome.
