I was going to say checkbox fields, lots an lots of checkbox fields. It means your users don't understand any data at all and are breaking out of the out-of-the-box filtering done almost everywhere.

My workaround to this is creating a checkbox property to respresent the card you'd like to show, then a workflow that runs when all required conditions are met to update the property.

my workaround is pretty hacky, not compeltely reliable, and not at all intuitive for troubleshooting!
