Agent mode opens by default on startup
The IDE automatically opens in Agent mode upon launching a repository, disrupting the developers' usual workflow. Users are unable to find a toggle to disable this behavior, and some report further stability issues like blank terminals and loading hangs after switching modes.

It’s baffling to me that the decision was made that working developers would want agents window by default and that this is intentional.
after switching to Editor mode and then opening the workspace, again, it never fully loads.
I guess I’ll start shopping around to find a new IDE solution.
