My ChatGPT Business workspace was suddenly deactivated around June 25-24, 2026, with no email notification and no reason given.
The reactivation button takes me to a NEW PURCHASE flow instead of restoring my existing paid subscription
I am still not able to reactivate the workspace, getting below error message again and again . Kindly refer to the attached screenshot and help us resolve this issue on priority, as our users are currently unable to access the corporate ChatGPT workspace.
How should I make the payment if workspace is not accessible to me. We keep getting the below error “payment page encountered an error”
