Merchants are unable to find or select the Premium plan when creating new teams or upgrading existing team members. Only the $40 plan is visible, and there are no clear options to upgrade specific seats to Premium.

I created a new cursor account and trying to create a new team but there too only $40 plan is available not the premium plan.
I already have a team of 12 using cursor. I am not seeing any upgrade options for the seats. How do I upgrade selected member to premium plan?
