Lack of granular control and limitations for ticket forms
We are unable to restrict specific ticket forms to certain users or organizations because required fields are managed at a global level. Additionally, some subscription plans do not allow the use of multiple ticket forms, making it difficult to manage different request types.

Zendesk makes required fields at a global level, and there is no built in way to assign just certain ticket forms to specific users/organisations.
