Verification status sync issues during app submission
We are unable to submit our apps because the submission page does not recognize our approved individual or business verification status. Despite being verified in the dashboard and having other live apps, the system incorrectly claims verification is incomplete.

the submission page shows: “Individual verification is not complete. Please verify as an individual before submitting.” However, my Individual verification is already Approved
the business is reviewed (we have other apps live already) and now all of a sudden it says “business verification is not complete”, but there is nothing else to verify on our end.
Even though our account is verified as a business. We are still getting this error.
We've seen similar reports where the verification status and app review system don't appear to sync correctly.
