Software freezing and crashing during startup

Every time I attempt to start Autocad 2027, as soon as the Autodesk startup window appears, an error window appears.
Every time I launch or open a file in the program it freezes on the home page, buffering cursor & unable to click anything else on the page.
Once I launch AutoCad and get this screen it locks up and I have to do a task manager end task for AutoCad.
I just installed Inventor 2027, and when I start it, I get a popup error window
