Issues with file check-in and check-out operations in Autodesk Vault

I can not get file from vault, and all of missing file still existing on the local machine, however I can not check in these file to the vault system.
Vault is blocking the drawing check-in because one of its dependencies (the model) is checked out or out of date.
the user can not check out assembly file. as an administrator I also unable to remove reservation, and this file check out by is blank.
I have a problem with checking out and checking in a file from and to Autodesk Vault.
