BIM 360 project and document management activation delays via API
Our automated project creation process is failing because projects and document management services remain in an 'activating' state for hours. This forces us to manually set up projects in BIM 360, breaking our automation workflow.

The BIM 360 project is 'activating' for an extremely long time. This is causing the rest of our process to fail and is resulting in all new projects having to be manually setup in BIM 360.
It's been working well, but it started to get stuck in the activation. (Keep stuck in 'Activating' status for several hours).
However, the doc management services keep spinning between 1 to 4 hours so, we do not have access to project folders.
