SMTP and Email Notification Configuration Failures

despite that I get these TLS Handshake failure errors messages
I suspect the cause is the error=“unencrypted connection” as I couldnt find any options in grafana to handle tls.

We are facing the same problem we are unable to configure SMTP in Grafana Recent version.
