Custom modules and userSetup scripts fail to load in Maya 2023+
Users are experiencing issues where custom modules, .mod files, and userSetup.py scripts that worked in previous versions fail to load automatically in Maya 2023 and 2024. This forces users to manually run scripts or move files to local directories to bypass the failure.

I recently updated from Maya 2019 to 2023, but my menu is not loading anymore.
Loading the same module in with "MAYA_MODULE_PATH" in 2022 it loads and works as expected, but wont with 2023.3.
But if i force it into my local app directory scripts folder it works. But this has to be set to a network drive location for distributed tools.
