Geo-Location feature fails to import or connect
The Geo-Location tool is failing to function, with users reporting internet connection errors despite having active access. Others experience hangs or white squares when attempting to 'grab' and import a region into their model.

Whenever I select Geo-Location – Add Location, I get a “Add Location requires an internet connection. PLease connect and try agian” error message. I have internet connection.
I go through the process to add a geo-location, but when I click ‘Grab’ nothing happens, the window hangs with no other buttons to press.
I’m selecting the region I want, I’m grabbing it and then the region doesn’t import, it just only stays in the window, nothing seem to happen, no error, no message, nothing…
The image of geo location does not show on my SU when I grab it. It shows importing it but I got a white square instead of the image.
I keep getting an error that says: My connection is working fine for web access.
