Debugger mismatch when using .NET Framework add-ins in Autodesk 2026
Developers are unable to debug legacy .NET Framework add-ins in Autodesk 2026 products because the software has migrated to the .NET Core runtime. This results in fatal debugger errors when attempting to attach a Desktop CLR debugger to a CoreCLR process.

The debugger was configured to use the Desktop CLR (.NET Framework) Managed debugger, but the target process loaded the CoreCLR (.NET Core) runtime.
I have a .net framework extension that still loads and run in Vault 2026 but i cant debug it because 2026 is now built on .net core runtime
How do I configure the debugger to 'Managed (CoreCLR)', or can this message be disabled?
