Existing dashboards return 404 errors after Grafana version upgrade
After upgrading Grafana (specifically from v4 to v5), existing dashboards are listed but result in a 404 'page not found' error when accessed. This issue persists across different environments including Amazon Linux with InfluxDB and MySQL.

I am seeing a 404- page not found error when i click on the dashboard’s name (The dashboard’s name is visible).
Grafana starts ok and existing dashboards are listed but give a 404, page doesn’t exist, when trying to access them.
