Timezone and timestamp mismatches in data visualization and exports

This returns me data with my local time instead of the default Grafana time or dashboard’s time (which is UTC GMT in my case).

Grafana is subtracting 7 hours from all our data because it thinks it is in UTC.

When I set the dashboard to Default, or Browser Time, the time is 5 hours behind (CST -5 time)
