Application crashes and visual glitches during printing

when I’m trying to print to pdf, (I’m drawing shop design/layout and need layout in example scale 1:50) Sketchup is always crashing
Sketchup has been crashing when I try to print. It works if I persist, but it is really irritating if I have not saved.
