Difficulty resetting or recovering deleted admin account

Users are struggling to reset the admin password or recover the super admin role after it has been accidentally deleted. The standard CLI reset command often fails with 'User not found' errors or configuration issues, forcing users to manually edit the SQLite database or use the API.

I made the same mistake, and deleted all super admins. Final solution was editing field is_admin in users tab inside file grafana.db from 0 to 1 for desired user.

This is definitely a Grafana bug, once you created a normal admin user, you could delete the super admin user.

the reset-admin command is a bit special and bit buggy. It works by starting a Grafana instance and because of that it needs to know where the config file is
