Difficulties with template variables and dynamic filtering
Users are struggling to implement complex variable dependencies and custom grouping in dashboards. There are reports of variables not translating correctly in queries and issues with 'no data' panels when selecting multiple values or nested variables.

It is posible to put dependencies on variables so you do not get a lot of no data panels?
I want to have one visible drop down, where I choose between North and South. If I select North I want to show data from Station 1 and 2, if I select South in drop down list, I want to show data from Station 3 and 4.
I got that the ‘$hostname’ in the query A of the graph has not been translated so the query to influxdb is
if i select more than one from drop down it displays as “no data”
