Card #3612 · Grafana
Limited grouping and aggregation capabilities for Elasticsearch datasource
Users are struggling to perform complex aggregations, such as grouping by terms with top-hit sorting or ignoring seconds in timestamps for table counts. There is a recurring need for more flexible 'group by' and 'timestamp' options within the Elasticsearch query builder to avoid writing raw JSON.

I think grafana should also provide ‘group by’ and ‘timestamp’ options for ‘raw documents’ for elasticsearch datasource.
I want to query ElasticSearch datasource to group by a term, sort by a timestamp, and to select the TOP result for each group. I don’t know how to build this in the Query Builder
How i can ignore second in grafana to get above result? Need your help to resolve . My data source is Elasticsearch
