Lack of customization and URL control in Telegram alert messages
Merchants want the ability to customize Telegram alert templates, specifically to remove or exclude the Grafana URL link. Current alerts are seen as cluttered, and some users experience authorization issues when clicking the provided links.

Also would like to get rid of the URL in the message, further customization would be great as well.
I want to remove URL which is showing up in my telegram alerts.
Perhaps we can have another checkbox in the Notification Channel settings to include or exclude URL link.
