Confusion and bugs with wall style display representations

When I select the component of the drywall and change the hatching, it also change the hatching in the concrete wall
I need some help to understand the use of display configurations and how to edit wall styles acordingly.
I am also very confuse about the option "style override" and can´t figure out what it does exactly.
