Incorrect shadow calculation when 'Cast Shadows' is disabled
When a building is set to not cast shadows, the software treats it as if it doesn't exist for other objects' shadows. This prevents users from accurately determining how shadows are reduced or blocked by non-casting objects on the ground plane.
