Has anyone had a case where a contact in ZOHO Desk does not replicate over to ZOHO CRM when full two way sync is setup?
The syncing absence of logging and audit what it is actually doing is very frustrating.
the log for replication to CRM (Sync History) only says "1 added, 23 updated" without any actual details on the contacts which were affected, so I have no method of knowing the contacts actually modified, so the log might as well no be there.
