Vector store file attachment failures for specific types and multiple files
We are experiencing failures when attaching files to vector stores, specifically when uploading multiple files simultaneously or using .pdf and .docx formats. While basic file uploads work, the vector store processing step fails with generic server errors or remains stuck in progress.

Attaching a single file works as expected. Attaching two files stays in_progress .
I can upload files without issue, but they never get attached to the store.
Markdown and HTML uploads work fine, but every .docx and .pdf I try fails immediately, both through the dashboard and the API.
Uploading the PDF to Files worked, but when I attached the same PDF to a vector store, it failed during the vector store processing step.
Vector Store file attachments are failing since last night when multiple files are attached together.
