Codex App and CLI fail with invalid_function_parameters error
After updating to the latest version, the Codex desktop app and CLI have become unusable. Every prompt immediately fails with an invalid schema error for the '_search_content' function, regardless of the project or model used.

Codex App on macOS has been unusable for about 8 days on my ChatGPT Plus account.
Every prompt immediately fails with the invalid schema error above.
