Cursor CLI TUI fails when skill payload exceeds size limits
The Cursor CLI TUI becomes unusable and enters an endless "Reconnecting..." loop when the combined size of discovered SKILL.md files exceeds approximately 11 MB. This is caused by server-side payload limits and a lack of scoping or ignore options for the skill loader.

cursor-agent CLI’s TUI silently fails — every prompt produces an endless “Reconnecting…” spinner — when the combined size of all discovered SKILL.md files exceeds ~11 MB.
There is no .cursorignore honoring on the skill loader, no env var, no config to scope skill discovery.
Tried setting useHttp1ForAgent to true but then i get "Append data exceeds maximum size of 52428800 bytes"
