I just onboarded a client with 8 different regions, all with different Klaviyo accounts, and we basically have to go to each one individually to handle reporting and look at data.
Whether the languages share an account or not, it's hell on earth to manage accounts with multiple languages.
I do think that Klaviyo should make it easier to just work with multiple accounts from different regions
