Inability to send emails to non-subscriber contacts
I have collected emails from potential customers via a form, but I cannot send emails to those who didn't explicitly opt-in as subscribers. It is frustrating that the platform allows the collection of emails that cannot be used for communication, leading me to consider switching platforms.

I have realised I can't send it to half the people because Mailchimp will only allow me to send to subscribers.
I don't really understand why MailChimp allows you to collect emails if you can't even use them at all!
Am I best just exporting and going to another email platform?
