Incorrect or missing EU €3 small parcel levy calculation
Merchants are experiencing issues with the new EU €3 duty collection, where the fee is either not being applied at all or is being incorrectly multiplied by the number of items in the cart. This leads to overcharging customers or non-compliance with import regulations.

Shopify is sraight up taking the number of products in cart and multiplying it by 3€, and it seems to be disregarding the fact that most items share the same HS number?
the ‘Duties’ line item at checkout is always 0. All variants have HS codes and COOs.
We have enabled duties and have COO and HS codes set for all products but it’s still not collecting the €3 at checkout.
