The Timesheets and Budgets add-on lacks critical features such as recurring budgets, customer objects, and the ability to track non-labor costs. Additionally, there is a desire for these features to be integrated into paid plans rather than sold as a separate add-on.

Some sort of “customer” object. Currently using projects for this but it’s not ideal.
