We need to share specific board views with finance or vendors, but Monday.com only lets us share the entire board.
“Monday only lets you share a whole board with someone outside the team not a single view or a few columns, it's all or nothing, either finance sees the day rate we pay every freelancer or get locked out. What i do now and i know how it sounds, is keep a second copy of that board with the sensitive stuff pulled out that I'm supposed to update every time the real one changes, which of course I forget to do half the time. A retained rate went up last week, I never carried it over then finance ended up running the Q3 forecast off the old number of days before anyone noticed.”
