Lack of granular and scalable user permission management
Merchants are struggling with the inability to standardize permissions for recurring roles without manual configuration or expensive Enterprise plans. There is also a need for more granular control over third-party AI connectors and global permission approvals to reduce administrative overhead.

I’m looking for a clean way to standardize permissions for recurring roles (e.g. Lead Caller, Consultant, Admin) without manually clicking through the entire user-permissions matrix every time we onboard someone.
specifically so I can control which users have access to it. Sales users have write access normally, but I want to restrict write access via Claude to myself
Is there a way to globally approve these so each user doesn't have to individually accept them?
