Lack of automatic permission inheritance for admins

Admins at the portfolio or super-admin level do not automatically inherit necessary permissions for underlying projects or system areas. This forces users to manually manage permissions across numerous projects, creating a significant administrative burden and operational inefficiency.

I would think a Super Admin should have access to everything but we don’t, so our workaround right now is to manually change/replace the appover in the admin portal, but this isn’t efficient at all.
