I’m having trouble importing product weights into Shopify via CSV.
The CSV imports successfully, but the weight field stays empty in the Shopify backend product page
I tried to import new products using CSV template but it just doesn’t work. It throws the error as below: There was an error importing your CSV file.
We can’t take payment on Shopify because weights change upon us packing their order.
